No motivation!

I haven't wrote a blog post since September 25th, apparently. I have no motivation! Nothing really interesting happens in my life to write about. And since I have no readers at the moment then it just didn't seem worth it. But I'm trying.

I'm no longer receiving Luxe Boxes. I'm pretty disappointed about it, but they don't take my form of payment anymore, and I don't own a credit card. I'm hoping one day they'll expand on their payment forms again and I'll be able to get them! I loved them so much.

Now, the reason I decided to start posting on this again is because I just finished Charlaine Harris' "Dead in the Family". I have nobody to talk about it with! I'm not big on vampires, I never was. But my friend got me into watching True Blood and then I found out there were books. So I started reading the books because everybody knows the books are always better! Which they are. I like True Blood, but it's not my favorite show.
Up until now whenever I read one of the Sookie Stackhouse novels I couldn't put them down! They're so interesting and suspenseful, but this one really wasn't at all. I liked it, but it just wasn't as interesting as the first ones I read. By the time I was at the end I had no idea! I thought there was a few more chapters left. Turns out the pages left were just the beginning of her next book. Which seems more interesting than this one, haha.

Well I guess that's all I have to say about it. Just needed to rant! Maybe I'll do more of these. I just started reading "Dexter is Delicious" by Jeff Lindsay. I clearly have a problem with reading books that turned into television shows and movies! :)

September Luxe Box!!

My September Luxe Box came super late this month. Something to do with Canada Post being delayed or something. Not really sure. But it's finally here! Yay :)

They changed the inner packaging for this month! I like it. The card inside says "There's a change coming in October, can you guess what it'll be?" so that's sort of exciting! I think my subscription ran out though, so I'm going to need to order another one.

Last months luxe box came with a pur minerals pressed mineral makeup, and I love that so I'm sure I'm gonna love this stuff!

Overall I did like this months luxe box, but I don't think I'd repurchase any of the products. Maybe the pur minerals stuff, but I don't know. It's all kind of expensive for stuff I don't really need at the moment! Ha ha.

August Luxe Box

August Luxe Box came today! I was super happy with this one.

They changed the colour of the paper inside! Lol not a big deal, but I was surprised to see black instead of green.

I tried this earlier, and I do like it. But they note they included with the Luxe Box said that they matched it to my skin tone based on my beauty profile and my face is pretty tanned since summer started so it doesn't show up too well. I'm sure it will once my tan fades!

I'm not gonna lie, I'm afraid to use lip plumpers! Haha. I heard some of them can be painful with not very good results and I'm a wimp. If anybody knows how this one is I'd love to know.

I don't really have anything to say about this product. It's nice, not my favorite scent or anything. But I collect perfumes and I have like 30 haha so I'm happy to add this to the collection.
