31 Day Challenge, Day 30.

Day 30 - This year, in great detail.

Hmmm... this year. Kind of a lot happened, I guess. Well not really, but a lot has changed with me.
Made some friends, lost some friends.
Step sister got preggers :))
Got accepted into Keyin for Office Administration, so excited to start that.
New laptop, my old one died on me.
Babysat a whole lot.

I don't really know what else to write... I can't remember everything!

31 Day Challenge, Day 29

Day 29 - This month, in great detail.

This month has been pretty rainy. So I didn't do much. Celebrated Canada Day, babysat a couple of times, hung out at my Mamas house. Couple of doctors appointments and appointments for school. Yup, that's about it. I didn't really go into "great detail" haha.

31 Day Challenge, Day 27

So apparently I haven't posted in about 10 days. But that's okay because nobody reads this anyway ;) haha.

Day 27 is supposed to be This Day in Great Detail, but I did nothing all day besides be lazy and make tacos so I'll describe yesterday. I was actually going to post this yesterday but I was running on 3 hours of sleep and didn't have the energy.

Soooo... yesterday I had an appointment with a councilor about funding for school. Then I went for lunch with my Mom, and did a little bit of antique shopping. Bought a beautifulllll necklace for just 10 dollars and a set of old candle holders. I love them! I thought Jon was going to hate them but he thought they were pretty cool when I brought them back. After that I went back to Mom's, then did some grocery shopping.
Came home, wanted to go to sleep but instead we had a friend over and played mario party for about 3 hours. Then I finally got to pass out and I slept for about 14 hours. :) It was lovely.

31 Day Challenge, Day 24

Day 24 - Your favorite book or author.

Stephen King is my fave author. I couldn't even begin to pick a favorite book, I love too many.

I just finished reading Duma Key, which I LOVED. I have it loaned out to my Mom now. And I am currently reading Under The Dome.

I'm about halfway through it and it's really good so far!

Day 17 - Are you named after anyone?

I don't think my first name was named after anybody, but my middle name was named after my great-grandmother.

Day 18 - Something you are afraid of.

Losing my memory! And bugs. Gross.

Day 12 - Something you do every day.

Something I do everyday? I don't know! I guess it varies... I don't do the same thing every day. Besides obvious things such as eat and drink and shower and whatnot. I guess I check my e-mail, talk to Melanie! I don't know.

Day 13 - How you relax.

How I relax also varies. It depends on my day I suppose. I could watch youtube videos or movies... or read a book!

Day 10 - Your favorite room in your house.

Not hard to choose this one, I'm in a small apartment that consists of my bedroom, a bathroom and a living room and kitchen that are kind of like an open area. I spend most of my time in my living room, and I find my bedroom is way too cluttered. So, my living room!!

Day 9 - Your most treasured item.


My Nan & Granddad's engagement ring! I was going to post a picture but I don't seem to have one right now.... I wear it always. About a year and a half ago when I first moved into my apartment I'm living in now, I took all my rings off to get a shower. Then I packed them in a box with things I wanted to take with me in the car so they wouldn't get lost in the moving van or something. So after I unpacked all my things, I couldn't find that box anywhere! It was gone for at least 6 months. I was devastated. Not only were my rings gone, but there were other things in the box I didn't want to lose as well. Finally my Mom found them in her storage room!!! That was probably one of the happiest days of my life! For 6 months I had thought I either lost them outside somewhere while moving, or somebody had stolen it from me. It wasn't a good time.

Day 8 - Your favorite quote.

One of my favorite quotes right now is from one of my favorite movies, Natural Born Killers. "Once upon a time, a woman was picking up firewood. She came upon a poisonous snake frozen in the snow. She took the snake home and nursed it back to health. One day the snake bit her on the cheek. As she lay dying, she asked the snake, "Why have you done this to me?" and the snake answered, "Look bitch, you knew I was a snake."

It seems I missed a day! Oh well, I'll combine day 3 & 4. :)

Day 3 - Your favorite tv show.

Breaking Bad!! Best show on the go. New season airs July 17th, and I can't wait!
Also, Dexter comes up as my second favorite show.
Honorable mentions... Sons of Anarchy, Fringe, One Tree Hill, Eureka.... I could probably go on forever but I'll stop there.

Day 4 - Your favorite movie.

Spun! Such a good movie, and I loved Brittany Murphy.
Honorable mentions... This is England, Natural Born Killers, Scream Trilogy, Child's Play movies, Amityville Horror and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
I could make that list go on forever, I'm a huge movie fan. But I'll stop there!
